Finally pulled up all the mustard greens. What an amazing crop. They fed us through the freezing cold, hung on longer than the spinach too… then produced a TON of seedpods so now I can make my own mustard!!
Yes, by the way, I could have left it in longer but I’m leavin’ tomorrow and want to put stuff in that spot. So it’s out, and I’ll let it dry in the basement and make mustard in the fall.
